What a day! The Preschool kids were actually very mellow for it being there first day back. We enjoyed learning The Pledge of Allegiance, and all about the first letter of their name. I have all boys and just three girls. We are always out numbered. My classes are unfortunately not full this year, so it seems almost to quiet. Wow, never thought I would say that in the Thrift house hold!!!
You wouldn't know that Trey just went through such a tramadic event by the way he his talking, walking, and just being able to do the little things. He insists on walking up and down the stairs (of course giving mommy an anxiety attack every time). He has it in his head that he can do things and he just does it. Today it seemed like he was talking more than before the accident, I'm
not real sure its possible but you should hear him putting three and four words together. They come out slower but they come out very clear.
The boys must have some strong determination in them because they bounce back like nothing ever happened. Thank goodness for being young and of course lots of prayer!!!! Wish me luck for tomorrow, I have my 3 & 4 year old. They might be a little more stubborn (he he). Love Cindi and The Boys

Hey Sis,

You don't need luck. You are an awesome teacher! It was fun to come over and help get ready for the first day. Boy that took me back to my first days of preschool. Be patient and you will have more students than you know what to do with.
On a different note, I do believe you have miracle children. They are AWESOME and their Aunt Carrie loves them all. (Yes even their stinky side. :))

Hey Cin,
I am glad you had a quiet day. After what your summer was like you deserve it. You are an awesome teacher. Just look at your boys. Where do you think they have learned to have so much determination? YOU!!! Love you lots! Tina

Thrift family,

In just 6 months your family has endured more than many have to in a lifetime. I pray that your family will be free from anymore difficult situations for a very long time. I am so happy to see the pictures and see how well you all look. Your family is unbelievable. Stay positive and strong and things will continue to go well.
