Our Weekend

This weekend was a very busy one Uncle Lance and Aunt Jill came over on Friday evening. Uncle Lance entered his car in a car show that was at the Douglas County Park. Saturday was not the greatest day in East Wenatchee, but there was a lot of free things for the kids to do. Aunt Jill and Grandma met up with Eric and Cindi and the three boys at the park. Cindi’s two twin brothers and their wives and their children were there also. The kids had a great time riding on a fire truck and going on a hay ride and many more free things. That evening we all went to Carrie’s house for a barbeque, what a beautiful home!!
But before we went Uncle Lance, brought his car home early because it had started to rain, but he went back to the park at 4:00PM for a drawing because Grandma had entered the three boys. Ethan, won a poster and a book about the air port, and Trey won a twenty dollar gift certificate for the bowling alley. Blake, didn’t win anything but I’m sure Trey will share!! ha ha
Grandpa and Grandma, watched Trey this morning so Cindi, could do her pre-school. One of the things we did was let Trey, walk through a maze and pick out a pumpkin.
Trey, is walking better, but not eating very good. And he still has trouble picking things up with his hands! But He doesn’t let that interfere with picking up worms!! Ha ha

I am glad I was able to come over this last weekend and spend more time with all of the family. I wish I would have felt better though. I am still sick and ended up coming home early from work today. I haven’t done much but lay around.

I did enjoy our time at the park with the boys and the rest of the family. Dinner at Kelly & Carrie’s was great too. It was nice to be able to get together as our extended family The Thrift/Dean Family and be able to be thankful for the gift that was given to all of us when God gave us back our little man Trey Trey.

I hope no one gets sick (even though Lance and I think the boys gave us this crap). It wouldn’t be a normal kiss from one of the boys if it didn’t have a little added snot with it.

Love, Auntie Jill
